“Keith is my Xanax”
Had a fun night out with friends….great curry for dinner and then to a new pub (Builders Arms). “Keith is my Xanax” turned out to be the quote of the evening. We promised that we’d share broadly.

A relaxing Christmas Week
After two weeks of traveling we were ready for some relaxation when Christmas arrived. We had planned to do a Christmas weekend pub progressive but instead we visited just two of our favorites. First up was The Castle, across the street from our flat. We booked a Christmas Eve dinner there.

Dublin – Day 2 – the country and the lads
Our second day in Dublin was even better than the first. I had to work until about noon, but then Stef and I went to our friend’s parents’ house for a visit and lunch. The McCarthys pulled out all the stops – we had a wonderful lunch complete with whisky and wine. Colleen’s apple tarts [...]

A quick trip to Sintra
We had heard that if you are in Lisboa for a few days, you must go to Sintra. Sintra is a town about 40km northwest of Lisboa; a small town of many castles and palaces. We were torn because we had also heard that Cascais was a great place to visit (a small fishing village [...]

3 days in Lisboa
I just returned from three fantastic days in Lisboa. Lots to tell but first I must get through 600+ images (Lisboa is picturesque). Once I am done with that, the posts will come. Cheers!
